So ask yourself this question do you associate with people on a daily basis who are your level of enthusiasm, excitement and intelligence, or even more, then you. You will need to be a part of a group of people, who give you a drive to reach beyond your current level...Be honest with yourself, and take some necessary steps of action, if you need to change your current associations in order to achieve your God-given dreams. You will be amazed at the results, you will see happen. You will Soar high like an eagle if you find people that believe in you and encourage you.

So take a step forward and find those people, they are out there waiting too welcome you with open arms. You are a valuable person, and important and so are the dreams, which lie deep in your part. Finding true relationships in life is a great thing. Even if you have burned by people in the past there are people, that are out there that care about you and your success. Without a Team behind you, you will not be able to reach and find all you were meant too in life. No one can do LIFE alone. No one can build a business alone. It is not possible.

Qualities that a Leader needs to have and develop.

1.It Takes Great Courage too step out and be a Leader. It takes alot of hard work and patient. Leaders are willing to step out and take risks, that the ordinary person will not take. Leaders are willing to stand up and learn, learn and learn so they can be all they can become..and then even become more. Too Ignore all negative, And only listen to the words I AM DOING THIS AND NOTHING WILL EVER STOP ME. Leaders possess the courage too speak out against injustices that everyone else assumes impossible to change. A leader will not let the words...This is impossible remain in their mind at all. A leader will see the end result in mind and do whatever he has to too accomplish this. Doubt will not have any control over the mind of a leader.

2.Relationships are the most important thing too a real leader. Leaders understand that Relationships are all that we have in this world..Human connections are powerful and mysterious..Leaders are willing to go out of their way to maintain those relationships. A real leader looks at each relationship as an opportunity to cultivate and grow that individual into a leader. Too see that individual how they were really meant to be and exist on this earth. Too see
every person as a valuable human being and not put people into catagories..To look at each person as to having the same opportunity to succeed. Too believe in everyone at all times. A true Leader always sees others as of more important then themselves.

3. Leaders see the imaginary, the invisible and the impossible. Leaders plan their futures in small bite-sized steps for we understand that success does not come overnight..The Elavator to success is the American Dreams greatest illusion. By only climbing a flight of stairs and taking the long way will one reach true and lasting success .A leader will fight through every obstacle. And really not look at it as an obstacle at all but as a stepping stone, to reach the dream that is set before them.True leaders have the ability to not only maintain a focused vision but also to wholly transfer their beliefs and principles into the minds and hearts of others.

4. Leaders are always growing and learning as human beings. and Look at self development as a must. Leaders always fill their minds with positivity inspiration, motivation wisdom knowledge and stories. Leaders understand that if they stop growing, the stop succeeding.True network marketing leaders are always searching for ways to help their team grow. Integrity is the highest quality in a leader. If you are a network marketer, ask yourself, "Am I saying this to gain, sell, or recruit, or am I saying this to help, teach, or show another." Be sure to be selfless when speaking with a prospect. Forget your own needs and desires for a moment. Instead listen carefully to your prospect's wants and needs, and point her in the direction that seems to be best for her rather than that which is best for you..As a leader your bestinterest should never be in mind. Always looking the other interests of others first and formost.

ARE YOU COACHABLE

The first Step to becoming Successful in Network Marketing it too be coachable..without it you will not have the success you are looking for.

If you want to have success in Network Marketing, You will need to have a Soul Fire to Be coachable...This is must, which you need to have..It needs to be imbedded in your heart. ..Its a feeling you will need to act upon. A constant ache in your heart, which will demand your attention. Its a sincere longing to learn and grow in the areas, so you can be that person you long to be in your Network Marketing Business. So really if you do not have the desire to be coachable, you will need too develop it..If you want that long lasting success, which you are looking for.

Open your mind to learn something new, which you already don't know, so you can arrive where you want too.

When you want to have success, it is vital to find someone who is already having it then follow in their footsteps..We say we want success and we say we are coachable, but are we really? If you are coachable you will let go of something you know too learn something, which you don't know. First of all you will have to choose someone to coach you someone who is already having success. Someone who has integrity and someone who has you in their best interest. Once you have found an accomplished mentor it is imparatiave that you remain consistently coachable. To say you are coachable and to be coachable are two different thing. If you are coachable you will clear your mind completely of such thoughts as this isn't going to work, my way is better, it didn't work before, and it wont work now...any such negative thoughts in one head,means that you are not completely coachable. If you are coachable your will do what you are asked to do, and then come back to you mentor talk about it, and ask how you did, and if there is any way which you can improve it. Again to become completely coachable means you need too lay aside what you are already know to learn what you don't know..at this time you only have room to hold on too a certain amount of information...and if you don't let know of what you know now, you will have no room to put something new in your mind, which is something you don't know at the moment..Its the same as when you buy something new to put in your closet, it can only hold so many articles of clothing..and it becomes to full and you need to clean something old out, so it can hold something new. So clear your mind of what you know at this point, because it hasn't brought you success to this point and learn something from someone who is having the success which you are looking for.

What Is Your Why..What Are Your Dreams?

You are Important and so are you Goals and Dreams..Most people have them, and most people have barried them, because of the lack of Belief in themselves.

You can do it Reach for the stars...You are a valuable person. You can do anything you set your mind too and don't let anyone tell you any different.

Most Network Marketing companies fail too teach their distributors the basic training, and the Distributors are left struggling.Part of your success in Network Marketing will be, if you can determine the four personality types..Once you can understand why everyone acts in a different manner and why..It will have a positive affect on your business. If you can determine your prospects personality, it will help you in the building of relationships with them, and understand the different reactions which they have. Here are the four different types and some of their temperments:

Yellow: open and indirect
If the person does NOT consistently demonstrate more concern for others than for themselves, they are not Yellow. OK. Here’s what I know about you. You are an amazing person. All your friends think you are the greatest listener they’ve ever known. You are dependable. You’re very patient. And you are nurturing. You love people, and you’re a team player. You have some outstanding strengths.There are some problems you need to work on. You’re oversensitive. You take things personally. You always conform. You’ll buy other people’s excuses. And You don’t ever set goals. You’re not goal-oriented.

Blue: open and direct If the person is NOT a social animal, craving almost constant contact with people, they are not Blue. This person walks up, and you see flamboyant facial expressions, hand movements, body movements, arms moving, maybe a Hawaiian shirt. Something bright & flashy – jewelry, gold, a diamond ring, gold necklace. Anything flashy, a lot of movement, excited, excited, excited. “OK. The reason you are so successful in life and in business is that you are an excellent promoter. You’re energetic, enthusiastic, motivating, convincing. You always see the big picture. You’re the life of the party, and You’re one of the most creative people on the planet. You can create it, but you can’t build it. Your problem is, you are unorganized. You’re scattered. You’ve never balanced a checkbook in your life

Green: self-contained and indirect If the person is NOT analytical, always wanting more and more information about whatever it is they’re interested in, they are not Green. “If I was to be coaching you, I’d start working on Your weaknesses. Your weaknesses are that you overanalyze everything. You’ve lost a ton of money because of your inability to make a decision. You’ll sit there and think about it, think about it, analyze it, wonder why you shouldn’t do it, why the glass is halfempty. “You have a problem with depression – you easily get depressed. You have a problem with loneliness. And you’re very pessimistic “But it’s amazing how many strengths You have. You’re one of the most organized people. You are an amazing planner. You’re a dependable problem solver. aretask persistent. You are amazing on follow through. And everything you do is accurateBut the problem you’ve struggled with your whole life is being pessimistic about everything. You have no belief that You will ever be a huge success in life. You’re always looking at why it’s not going to work. You think, ‘It’ll work for everybody else, but it’s not going to work for me.’ “You use a lot of words like try, maybe, could, possibly, we’ll see. The words you speak are critical, because you speak Your reality into existence. When you say negative things, you are actually putting those things into Your life. That’s exactly what you do. And that’s why You’re so unhappy.”

Red: self-contained and direct If the person does NOT consistently talk about themselves and their achievements, then they are not Red. This section is purely hypothetical, because Red would NEVER ask anyone to mentor them. And if you try, they won’t pay any attention to you … because they are Red. “It’s my way or the highway!” So most Reds are not open to any coaching, even one little bit. Only when life has totally knocked them for a loop, then they may open up a bit to coaching.Let’s say you’re dealing with THAT person. Here’s what you say: “You have great strengths. You are an amazing producer. You are the best negotiator. You have energy to burn. You are a risk taker, a leader. You have confidence. You take action. And You’re independent. You’ll just take right off and start doing it. But there are problems, too. The first thing you need help with is your ego. You think you’re perfect. You think you’re always right. You think you’re the only one with an idea. But you’re not. You are domineering. You are short-tempered. And the biggest problem you have is, You are just unteachable. The only time you can ever learn from anyone else is when you’ve had your butt kicked, when you’re down on the ground, down on your knees, and you reach up your hand. When you finally get there, THEN You are coachable.

What people fail to realize is that success is truly on the inside. Of course you have to be in a good business opportunity, with a good business model to have success. If that is all in place and you are not having the success which you are looking for you really need to look to the inside of you. If you cant believe you are successful you will never
have the success which you are looking for. Success starts in your mind and from there your Network Marketing. begins to grow. Possibly above all other business Network Marketing absolutely requires a positive mind set. If you forget everything else, this one point must be remembered. Believe that your business will grow to make it grow. If you have any doubts at you are effectively putting the lid on your potential. This will be amplified among your business associates. Motivation fuels Motivation and spreads. Individuals spread Inspiration and knowledge. Your mind Is an awesome Network Marketing tool when your attitude is positive, and it will stop you dead in our tracks if it is negative. A negative mind cannot motivate others to success, nor will it attract others too you. Communication with your uplines and your team is also vital it you want to have success. Network Marketing Is a people business and you cannot do it alone. If your moto has always been to do things alone and you are trying to do Network Marketing, you might be feeling some frustration. Is Your Desire The Fuel Which Keeps You Going?

ARE YOU WILLING TO START A FIRE IN YOUR SOUL WHICH NOO NE CAN PUT OUT...

-- If you want something bad enough, you will get it...desire is a powerful force which nothing can stop.

Think about your goals and your Why's and ask yourself a few question.

Are you will too set goals to reach your dreams..How bad do you want this and are you willing to sacrifice to do it. Most people say that they want to reach their goals and dreams, but when it comes right down too sacrificing something to get them, they are not willing. What is the reason for this..is it fear, fear of failure. The fear and the obstacles have to be removed, if you are going to achieve that which you are looking for.

If you really want something you will never quit. you wont give up not matter what. NOTHING WILL STOP YOU!!

YOUR DESIRE IS THE FIRE, WHICH PROVIDES YOU WITH THE ENERGY TO REACH YOUR GOALS AND TO EXCEL.

You will need to feed your desire, just as a fire needs to be fed to keep on burning you will need to feed your desire, until it burns hot like a fire which can never be put out. Although you will always need to feed it. You are always feeding something weather, it be negative or positive.

When your desire to reach your goals and dreams is weak or mediocre, you won't be able to muster enough energy to get to your final destination and you will quit half way. An intense desire will always get you closer to your goals and dreams, If you don't reach your goals and dreams, it was because your desire was not intense enough.

An intense desire is a passion which you have, which will keep you moving forward, If you don't have an intense one you can certainly develop it. If you don't have an intense one..Take a piece of paper and write down your Dream write down what you really want too dowith your life. Write down some goals which you will have to have in place to reach your dream. And why it is important for you to reach your dreams. You will need to find someone to believe in your if your belief isn't strong enough in your self to acomplish the things which desire.

It’s a good idea to read this every morning. This will help you stay connected with your goals during the day, and you will be all the more motivated and inspired. Desire wins over obstacles. No matter what is stopping you from reaching your goal, a strong and intense desire will always overcome the obstacles.

To reach your goal, you need to do more than just write it down. You need to feel a burning desire to have, to become, and to do what you want. Your desire needs to be very intense in order to fuel your energy to keep you moving forward without giving up! What is this desire, this passion? It is what makes people work for hours, from early in the morning till late in the evening. Their desire dominates their conversations, their thought and their actions.

So what are you willing to Do to Reach Your Dreams. Are you Willing to do what it takes to Start a Fire which no one can put out. Are you willing too sacrifice everything which you need too. How Bad do you Want it. THOSE WHO WANT IT BAD ENOUGH ARE THE ONES WHO GET IT!!

How can you make an informed and brilliant decision without the proper education behind you. All you will do is experience failure and frustration, which in time will cause you to only quit. There is no fast money in this business and education will teach you this. It is called Network Marketing for a reason. You network with others and work. If you have the proper education and team, and mindset,there is nothing, which will be impossible too you.

2.. Your education will teach you how to evaluate a company..No one should sign up with a company unless they have throughly researched the company.. Here are a few things
you can look for when you are evaluating a company. • Search Google for the owners of the company. , Do the owners have a Corporate background or an in -the-field Network Marketing background? So many people go into a company blindly, and don't have the slighest knowledge about the company, or the backround of the owners.DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE YOU AT THEIR BEST INTEREST. If not...Then its probably in your best interest too find a company..which does.

3. Ok so you think you have found a great company and sponser....Now What?? Most people freeze up at this point in time..Ill do it tomorrow, or next week. Soon it has become years and you have done nothing. Procrastination is on the of the biggest obstacles which everyone has to face. Those who have become successful have mastered it. Time is such a precious commodity that can be waisted..and is waisted by so many. Its not too late though, You can stand up and take the rest of youlife back. We all know how compounded interest works with money, building your business also works on the same principle..Its starts slow at first then gains momentum as our skills and education grow, also our business will grow. What is on the inside will appear on the outside.

4. Lastly stay plugged into a proven duplicatable system..It is crucial that you are in a system that is proven for success..Systems are duplicatable..People are not.It is also crucial that you are constantly working on becoming that person which others want to follow. If you are not a leader you will have no followers. Your proven duplicatable system should have alot of education regarding, self development. Working on yourself is more important then any other aspect of your business. Becausewhat you develop and culitvate on the indside will develop on the outside...SO get too work and make your life what you want it too be..Its up too you.

Branding Yourself and Becoming that Leader!! in Network Marketing and MLM

When People are looking for a business to they are more concerned who they join...then what they join. Of course the company which someone joins should be a good Five Pillar company..this is vital for success. In order for you to experience the kind of success which you are looking for with a Marketing Business it is crucialfor you too Brand yourself and become that leader that everyone wants to follow..When you are looking for someone to follow, what are you actually looking for and whatdo you want too follow. That is what will actually need to become. It will take hard work and dedication.. Becoming that leader should be your number one goal. 1. Decide what your unique talents, strengths, qualities and gifts are...Everyone has them. Make a written list. Put a star nexttoo any of these you feel would make a specific and unique contribution to your network marketing business, and your team.

2. Develop some ideas as too how you could offer your talents and abilities in a leadership role within your company as well asyour team members and your downline. What specifically can you offer that no one else can.. Examples might be: writing article working on a blog, video. Anything you are good at.

3 Create an example of the item you are thinking about and show it to a few of the leaders in the company. Get their feedback and then use it to develop your item even further.

4 Once you have chosen and begun to develop your area of focus, ask yourself the following questions. How can I develop my unique brand and niche within my chosen area of focus? Really focus on being a leader in this area..And then use your gifts and talents in this are to develop and help others.

If everyone would take this concept and use it, you could really develop a team of leaders, which noone can stop. Becoming a strong committed team with everyones goals and purposes in mind is vital and key to your success as well as the success of your team.
