Are you will too set goals to reach your dreams..How bad do you want this and are you willing to sacrifice to do it. Most people say that they want to reach their goals and dreams, but when it comes right down too sacrificing something to get them, they are not willing. What is the reason for this..is it fear, fear of failure. The fear and the obstacles have to be removed, if you are going to achieve that which you are looking for.

If you really want something you will never quit. you wont give up not matter what. NOTHING WILL STOP YOU!!

YOUR DESIRE IS THE FIRE, WHICH PROVIDES YOU WITH THE ENERGY TO REACH YOUR GOALS AND TO EXCEL.

You will need to feed your desire, just as a fire needs to be fed to keep on burning you will need to feed your desire, until it burns hot like a fire which can never be put out. Although you will always need to feed it. You are always feeding something weather, it be negative or positive.

When your desire to reach your goals and dreams is weak or mediocre, you won't be able to muster enough energy to get to your final destination and you will quit half way. An intense desire will always get you closer to your goals and dreams, If you don't reach your goals and dreams, it was because your desire was not intense enough.

An intense desire is a passion which you have, which will keep you moving forward, If you don't have an intense one you can certainly develop it. If you don't have an intense one..Take a piece of paper and write down your Dream write down what you really want too dowith your life. Write down some goals which you will have to have in place to reach your dream. And why it is important for you to reach your dreams. You will need to find someone to believe in your if your belief isn't strong enough in your self to acomplish the things which desire.

It’s a good idea to read this every morning. This will help you stay connected with your goals during the day, and you will be all the more motivated and inspired. Desire wins over obstacles. No matter what is stopping you from reaching your goal, a strong and intense desire will always overcome the obstacles.

To reach your goal, you need to do more than just write it down. You need to feel a burning desire to have, to become, and to do what you want. Your desire needs to be very intense in order to fuel your energy to keep you moving forward without giving up! What is this desire, this passion? It is what makes people work for hours, from early in the morning till late in the evening. Their desire dominates their conversations, their thought and their actions.

2.. Your education will teach you how to evaluate a company..No one should sign up with a company unless they have throughly researched the company.. Here are a few things
you can look for when you are evaluating a company. • Search Google for the owners of the company. , Do the owners have a Corporate background or an in -the-field Network Marketing background? So many people go into a company blindly, and don't have the slighest knowledge about the company, or the backround of the owners.DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE YOU AT THEIR BEST INTEREST. If not...Then its probably in your best interest too find a company..which does.

3. Ok so you think you have found a great company and sponser....Now What?? Most people freeze up at this point in time..Ill do it tomorrow, or next week. A house cannot be built by simply having the thought in the mind there needs to be a plan that puts the neccessary steps into action to make it take place. Your dream is like building a house you need to have a plan laid in front of you which you will need to make. Then take the necessary action which each step requires. JUST AS LOOKING AT A HOUSE PLAN WILL NOT BUILD THE HOUSE. LOOKING AT THE GOALS IN FRONT OF YOU WILL NOT BUILD YOUR DREAMS, WHAT YOU DO WITH THEM WILL DETERMINE THE RESULTS YOU WILL GET. HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT. WHAT YOU WANT, WILL DETERMINE WHAT YOU DO. AND WHAT YOU DO IS WHAT WILL DETERMINE WHAT YOU GET. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. In your process of acheiving your goals expecially if this is new to you it is better to just pick one goal and make it realistic. Once your goal has become a stable habit then make another goal..and make that goal a habit. It is important that you make some smaller goals that reach to bigger goals.This is a process that will have to be in place to reach your dreams. It is a continual process that will need to take place, just like climbing up a ladder. Your on a continual climb to reach your goals which will take you to your dreams.

2. Start small and easy...The best way to succeed with your first goal is too pick something you are already you are already doing. This will build your self confidence as you achieve the goal and help prepare you to work on future goals. You will want to mantain an attitude of self confidence. If you are feeling discouraged at all in the process make sure you talk with your mentor or someone that can help encourage you.

3.Write your goals down. Write your goals in large letters and place them where you will see them several times a day. Putting your goals to paper makes it more official There is something about putting things to paper. It helps finalize it and make it official. This may be a habbit which you don't have in place, but a person who is really serious will have to develop habit which are not common to them to acomplish the things they want. Discipline is important in every part of the process ..Anyone who has ever arrived in a place they desire has not accomplished it without discipline.. So it all comes back the point HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT if you really want it you will be come disciplined in areas you have not been before, because it is the only way to have what you want.

4. Keep Track Every Day This step is VERY IMPORTANT! If you don't keep track of your daily progress you won't progress. Everything we accomplish takes DAILY goals which turns the goals into habits. Either you will be going backward, forward or staying exactly where you are at..If you are going backwards you may have become discouraged or it will discourage you. If you are staying where you are at you probably don't have any goals in place to help you step forward . And if you are going forward that is great, that is the way you want to be going. If you are going forward easily you may want to set your goals a little bigger so you have more of a challenge to acomplish. But by keeping track of your progress will help you know exactly where you are at. Knowing if you are going forward or not is vital to your success.

5. You Have To Want It: If you don't really want to do it, you won't succeed. Pick goals you want to achieve or change your attitude so you REALLY do want it. You need to know exactly what your why is, it needs to drive and push you forward. Without that in place you will not be able to succeed. There is a difference if a dream is a thought in a persons head or if it is something they really want. How to tell is that if it is something you really want you will take the necessary actions to make it happen.. If it is just a thought, thats is all that will become of it. There will be no action behind it. So how bad do you really want it. What you do with the thoughts and desires within will tell the story of how bad you really want it and if you will really get it.

6. You will need to always have a positive outlook, Our mind will focus on the negative automatically its more in the habit of doing that then focusing on the positive.. We need to change that around and train it to think properly. If we train our mind it will just start focusing on the positive automatically.. but it will take alot of work and focus to acomplish this If we don't turn our thinking around and start thinking in a positive constructive way we will not be able to acomplish the goals which will make our dream become a reality.

7. Be Firm Yet Flexible: To achieve your goal you have to be firm with yourself. You have to do the required work to accomplish your goal. Make a backup plan for days when achieving your goal might be difficult. .You will have days when it very difficult and it seems like you are not going forward, its ok to give yourself a break maybe just do some reading or put your focus on something a little different that will still will point you in the direction of your goals. You will have to set your priorties in order. If you haven't acomplished your goals for that day you will have to say no to the TV or anything else that stands in the way of the acomplishment your goals for that day. Have daily goals which will lead to a monthy goal. Being firm with yourself to acomplish each daily goal will ensure acomplishing your monthly goal..Being firm with yourself and having the proper discipline will ensure you will reach your dreams.. You may need to find an accountabily partner to help you in the process. You will need to do what it takes to be successful, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?

So many people go into these opportunities thinking they are going to just arrive at their end result without taking the necessary steps to acomplish what they truly desire..So when you join an MLM, Network Marketing or any Home Business Opportunity, it is just the first step to making your dreams a reality. Without taking the other necessary step you will not have any result, but frustration and failure. That is why it is important to have the proper help, support, coaching and mentoring so you can reach great acheivement and success..

Your Goals are the stepping stones which you will need to set in place if you want to see your dreams become a reality. Picture a stone path and at the end of the path are your dreams, your end result. The stones are the goals which you will need to put in place if you want to get to the end result. This is vital in acomplishing your dreams. You will need to step from one stone to another and be going in a forward direction without this in your process, you will not arrive at the end result. If you can't get this part of the process acomplished get with your mentor and have them help you because this is necessary for your success.

1. The first stepping stone is the belief in yourself and belief that you can acomplish your dreams because what the mind can conceive you can acheive. In order to acomplish dreams, you will have to put practical goals in place.. You will need to set smaller goals as a path to acheive your larger goals. You will have to keep your end goal in mind and set the smaller ones as stepping stones so you can arive to your altimate goal. All of your goals need to be realistic. If you are having some problems believing that you can acomplish the goals you have set, set some small goals that you know you can achieve, once you have acheived these goals you can start setting some which are a little larger. If you are having some problem with the start of this process, find a person who can mentor and help you in this part of the process, this is vital so find the help you need.

2. Another stepping stone is to make a plan for the path which you need to folow to acomplish your goals.. Create steps to follow and then follow through with them. It is vital that you follow the steps which you put in place because these steps will lead you to your dreams and if you don't follow them you will not arive there. Picture a stone path each stone.. is a stepping-stone to where you are going and you will need to step from one stone to another to get to where you are going. Without action you will not be able to acomplish your goals and dreams..Stephen Covey said, "All things are created twice. There's a mental or first creation, and a physical or second creation of all things. You have to make sure that the blueprint, the first creation, is really what you want, that you've thought everything through. Then you put it into bricks and mortar. Each day you go to the construction shed and pull out the blueprint to get marching orders for the day. You begin with the end in mind." He's right

3, Commit to acheiving the goal by writing down the goal. The discipline of writing someithing down is the first step toward making it happen. You need to write down a pan of action so you will know what your path is and by writing it down will clearly help difine it. If a person doesn't have the discipline too write down their goals they may not have the discipline to take the other necessary steps to put the plan of aciton into place. Having your goals and dreams in your mind only, is not enough to make it a reality. You have to clearly define your plan and take the necessary steps to make it a reality. It needs to come from your mind to reality and by taking the necessary steps you can make that happen.

4. Review your overall progress regularly. Make sure you are making progress. If you are not making progress, get with your mentor about this. Analyze why your goals are not being met. Don't allow your goals to fade away, hold on to them tight. Sometimes you have to put up a fight to get where you are going. Sometime you have to go forward with persistance and determination. Progress is vital, if you are not progressing you are not heading forward toward your goals and dreams.. Although sometimes even though it doesn't seems as though you are not going forward you really are. Just keep your persistance and determination up. You will need the help of others to do this, you can't do it alone and it is important that you realize this it is vital for you success. Until you can come to that point of realization you will have some struggle in acomplishing your goals and dreams. If you want the success you are looking for you will need to be focused and be trustworthy as well as trust others to help you in your acomplishments to reaching your goals and dreams:

But make room for the doubts of others as well, UNDERSTAND IT WILL HAPPEN. It is important that you dream dreams and keep focused, and keep them in front of you, but, don't let your dreams control everything you do. Make sure that everything that you are speaking and thinking is the truth. If your dreams and goals start to build only to crumble and fall apart, Stand up and rebuild again even if your tools seem broken and worn-out Remeber all of your winnings and place them all together in one place. 1. Write them down. Read them every day. Focus on them and keep them in front of you. Remember that is why you are doing what you are to: reach and attain these goals and dreams that you have. Let them drive you and push you forward. But don't let them be your main focus. You need to focus on everything in your life.

2. Keep your first goals realistic and attainable.. If they are unrealistic and you may place them as impossible in your mind and it may cause you to get discouraged, thinking you can't acomplish them. Also keep in mind all of your acomplishments and don't focus on your failures. This will help drive you forward.

3.Share your goals with others so that they might encuorage you. Make sure that they are people that will support you and give you the encouragement which you need to keeppressing forward. But remember to leave room for those that will discourage you as well. but don't let them stop you. Just go to the people that will encourage you and believe in you..

4. Keep your goals and dreams balanced in all areas such as finances, family and friendship. Some people make all the goals in one area, mostly physical, but life is more than that andthey can't concentrate so much energy in one area. This will save alot of frustration.BE REALISTIC GET THE SUPPORT YOU NEED AND FOCUS IN ALL OF THE POSITIVE YOU HAVE ACOMPLISHED. WILL YOU DO WHAT YOU NEED TO, TOO WIN??

My son Matthew went with me and helped. I think you, as the leader of your group, need to be Example #1 of bonding and relationship-building. For your people to work well together and to really perform and prosper as a team, they need that example.

When they see you walking the talk, how can they do any less?Not too long ago, I drove 500 miles round-trip to cut down a tree for one of my team. The tree was dead, it was threatening their home, and I’ve cut down a lot of trees in my life. Linda and Matthew came with me. We made a day of it, cutting down the big old hickory tree and cutting it into pieces and hauling it all to their burn pile. We all felt great on that 250 mile ride back home. Do you think an act of kindness like that will create a long-lasting effect? I believe it does. A single act like that can set in motion a series of acts of kindness. Isn’t that a great legacy to give your team?The lesson is simple: just look for opportunities to help.Then do so eagerly, with no expectation of return.But trust me, you will get the return. Immediately, your life is filled with strong positive feelings and content. Who knows what future cycles of kindness you may have started? And last, but certainly not least - you have strengthened your network marketing relationships.That’s definitely not a bad thing.

People join people in Network Marketing, MLM or Any Home Business Opportunity.. So many times people are out there throwing their business opportunity at one another. They might say things like My Business Opportunity is Better join my. I will build your business for you which is a complete lie, my product is better buy mine. I have the best pay plan. Everyone is saying all of the same thing. All it does is cause mass confusion especially to people that are new to the Network Marketing field. Network Marketing should be a trust building business, how can you build trust in someone when what you are telling them doesn't come to pass. If trust isn't built into a business, a business will not last.. If a person would build their business right the first time they wouldn't have to keep repeating the process. A lack of knowledge and truth is very costly to a person trying to build a business.

Building your Network Marketing Business upon relationships is like building a house on a solid foundation. As soon as a big storm comes it will stand because the solid foundation which it was build upon will be able to hold it up in the time of a storm. You won't have to rebuild it again because it will stand tall and strong..Relationships are the Pillar of Network Marketing, Not a company or product. .Build your person upon trust, truth, integrity and understanding. These are principles that have stood the test of time all through the years. Anything that is truly successful and has lasted over the years has been built upon these principles..So why don't most people build there business upon principles, simply just because they don't know or understand, or just have not been taught. Building a business upon these principles will bring successful business and relationships and will bring great satisfaction.

Their motivations strengths and weaknesses. We all have them and want to be understood and heard. In doing this one can build a strong ladder to success. In any Home Business MLM and Network Marketing venture which you choose to do, there will be obstacles standing in your way. Anyone you has ever achieved great success has not any let obstacle stand in their way. Its what you choose to do with them, which will break or make you.. It is a choice.. Do you want to make it to the top or not.. Having all of the support, mentoring, training and help you need in place will definately assist you when you do meet the obstacles head on..

The road to success in MLM, Network Marketing and any Home Business is challenging..There are just as many risks and challenges as there are rewards waiting for you at every stage of your climb. You need to be prepared to face the challenges and obstacles which you face along the way, which you are required to overcome if you want to make it to the top.. If you have everything in place for your climb the challenges and obstacles which you will face will be much easier to overcome.

An obstacle is something that interferes with or prevents action or progress..It is something material or nonmaterial, which stands in the way of literal or figurative progress. Lack of imagination can be an obstacle to one's advancement.

Really an obstacle is only an obstacle if that is how you see it.. If you look at the obstacle you are facing as something which is going to make you better then that is what it will do. If you see it as a stopping point and that there is no way around it, then that is what it is..WILL THEOBSTACLE YOU ARE FACING MAKE OR BREAK YOU. WHAT DO YOU WANT IT TO DO? THAT IS WHAT IT WILL DO.

In your climb up your mountain you will face obstacles and challenges. There is no way to avoid it. That is why so many people quit in their endeavor to acomplish something great. They run into an obstacle, they can't see over it or around it. In fact they may keep running into it trying to get it out of the way, but it doesn't budge only leaving them feeling angry and frustrated. If you are mountain climbing you may run into a point on a mountain you just cant seem to get past, if you keep running into it you will not be able to remove a piece off of the mountain so you can get through or past that point.. But consider this if you simply move yourself over a few feet to the side of that difficult point and then try and climb up you may be able to continue your climb without any difficulty. Sometimes we get so focused on the obstacle, we actually make it larger then it really is by focusing on it so much. If we would take our eyes of of the obstacle and simply put our focus on a different point or take a different plan of action our outcome could be completely different.

So in your climb up your mountain try and look at the obstacles you will face as a friend to help and teach you. The more obstacle you overcome the stronger and better you will be. You will also be better equipped to help others overcome theirs. Everybody has them the question is WILL IT MAKE YOU OR BREAK YOU? THAT CHOICE IS UP TO YOU. THE ONES THAT HAVE REACHED THE TOP HAVE DECIDED THAT IT WOULD MAKE THEM. YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT THEN THEM. IF THAT IS WHAT YOU CHOOSE YOU WILL REACH THE TOP AS WELL.WHAT DO YOU WANT. AND WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE.. BECAUSE WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS WHAT YOU WILL HAVE.. SO DO YOU BELIEVE YOU WILL REACH THE TOP?

In network Marketing it is very important that your are being fully supported. It is vital to your Success without it you cannot succeed.You will be trying to get where you are going. You will be going nowhere without it. Network Marketing is a team effort. When you have the proper team in place with all of the support, mentoring, coaching, and training and help in place, there will be no limit to how high you can climb. With all of this in place the sky will be the limit for you. Without it you probably will only be able to get a few feet off of the ground if even that. Set up you business so you can succeed.. Don't go into it uneducated. Does a Doctor go into his field uneducated. Does his just start operating on people because he wants to be a Doctor..NO.. Are you a successful Network Marketer just because you want to be one.NO..

How Strong is your Rope?
Yesterday I talked about having your rope anchored. Today I am going to talk about the strength of your rope. The strength of your rope is as equally important as having it properly anchored. If you have a weak rope and have it properly anchored, you probably will have some difficulities.. As you are climbing your mountain there will be alot of wearing on your rope if it does not have the strenth to support your weight as well as the wearing that it will go through, you will not be successful in your climb up your mountain. Having your rope properly anchored and having a rope that has proper support are two of the most important things when climbing.. Anyone who trys to climb not having this in order can go through alot of difficulities trying to get to his final destination.

Now hopefully if someone is going to go mountain climbing they will properly prepare for it. They will first make sure they have a rope that is strong enough to handle what they are going to face as well as making sure it is properly anchored.. It is basically a dangerous task that shouldn't be gone into blindly..Most anyone with common sense will make sure these things are in order..

Your rope in mountain climbing symbolizes your preparation to climb your mountain in Network Marketing..Just like you wouldn't or should't go into mountain climbing blindly, the same is true for your Network Marketing business you shouldn't go blindly into it. YOU NEED GREAT PREPARATION TO ACOMPLISH A GREAT TASK.. Just as you would test and prepare your rope in mountain climbing you need to do the same for your business as well.

In Network Marketing your rope is your team, all of the learning you need, knowledge, support from your team, preparing to be the best leader you can be, finding out the truth in everything you say. Not just saying something, making sure it is true. Basically preparing yourself to be the best leader you can, to be all you can be. Being open and too not STOP learning is essential. Being a doer not just a sayer of what you tell others.. If you put all of these things in order you will have a very strong rope to be able to climb anywhere you need too, too acomplish all of your endeavors.. In any given situation

With a strong rope your climbing will be so much easier. Your rope will do alot of the work for you. You will be able to manuever so much easier. You will be able to keep your eyes on what you are doing instead of worrying if your rope will be able to support you, and get through everything you will have to go through to get to the top of your mountain.. Preparation is the key. A person who is well prepared will be equipped to face every task and difficulity he needs to... SO BE PREPARED FOR EVERYTHING ASK QUESTIONS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER. HOW STRONG IS YOUR ROPE IS IT STRONG ENOUGH TO TAKE YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED IT TOO.IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT TOO THE TOP IT MUST BE..

Mountain Climbing Part II

Having a good team in Network Marketing and MLM is vital. You will need to be prepared with all of the training, support, coaching and mentoring you need to acomplish all of your goals and dreams. Without it you will not be properly prepared and will be setting yourself up for failure. Again Network Marketing and MLM is an awsome way to acomplish the things you want to do with your life, but without proper training, coaching, support and mentoring you are leaving yourself open for disappointment and frustration. You will only have to undo these things and relearn how to do it properly. So if you sought the help you needed in the first place you will be alot farther ahead in the long run.. We do learn from our mistakes at least we should if we want to be successful in anything. So mistakes are also a stepping stone to get us off in the right direction as well. Of course we have to look at them that way or our mistakes will not help us.

Without a rope you will not be able to climb your mountain, Consider this... first of all you need to have your rope properly anchored, without being properly anchored it will only come loose maybe when you are part way up, or maybe when you are almost too the top. If it comes unanchored you will fall. You will come falling down. How badly will you get hurt it depends how hard you have fallen. Will you get up again it determines how many times you have fallen and how badly you have gotten hurt and if you will even want to try again.. What will you do, where will you anchor your rope the next time. Will you anchor it into something solid, Do you even know how or where you should be anchoring it? These are things you should know before you even start climbing. You should be doing your research and getting some mentoring and coaching from someone that has already successfully climbed their mountain.. And you need to make sure that they really have done it successfully and are not just saying it so you follow their lead. Anyone can say anything, but the truth needs to be sought out in everything.

You see anyone that wants to go mountain climbing can acomplish it. ANYONE, but the only thing that will stop you is if you are uncoachable. You need to learn from someone that has already done it successfully. Alot of people think they know how to do things, or wish they did, they even think that they can do it their way and be successful. That is why being teachable is vital to your success.. You see if someone climbs a mountain their own way they might be successful for awhile, but it won't last long. They will soon come tumbling down. How many times will a person come tumbling down before they are willing to be coached or just simply give up. That is up to the individual person. Being stubborn is a good thing but it can also bring your success to an end in a hurry.

Again when mountain climbing it is vital to be teachable and coachable without it you will succeed. There are so many things a person doesn't have any clue about before starting the
task. So you will need to learn many things to acomplish the task successfully. Be willing to learn from your mistakes, be open to why what you are doing isn't working. As long as you are willing to learn and are teachable you are going forward even if it doesn't feel like it. Maybe you feel like you have been in one place on your mountain and haven't gone forward for awhile. If you stick with it you will all of sudden realize that you have gone up several feet without even realizing it. Its because of all of your mistakes and being teachable and willing to learn that has allowed you to acomplish this success. If you don't stick with it through the hard times you will never learn these things and get to where you want to go.. SOMETIMES WHEN PEOPLE GIVE UP, THEY DID IT BEFORE A BIG SUCCESS. WILL THAT BE YOU..

Now with all of that being said, take these principles and apply them to your Network Marketing Business AND YOU WILL HAVE GREAT SUCCESS. You will first need to find your mountain that you want to climb. You will need to make sure you can find a guide that will help you anchor your rope properly. And you need to make sure that your guide is climbing ahead of you to some point and already has experienced everything which you will need help with and be experiencing. IF YOU HAVE ALL OF THESE THINGS IN THE PROPER ORDER YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME.. If not keep searching, because you will find it at the right time. NOT GIVING UP IS THE KEY TO EVERYTHING IN LIFE.. and FINDING OUT THE TRUTH IN EVERYTHING YOU DO WILL BRING YOU TO THE TOP!!

Everything is how you look at it, for what it is.

Setting goals and having dreams to reach success is like climbing a mountain.. It takes awhile to reach the top. Along the way you will definately have obstacles, there is no way to get away form them. BUT YOU MUST KEEP GOING. FURTHER ON YOU MAY STUMBLE AND NEED TO STOP AND REST, BUT THEN GET UP, AND KEEP GOING. To reach the next level, you might have to take a different path to go around the obstacle, but you will find your way if you don't quit. You must not let the difficult climb persuade you to quit climbing, or don't let it keep you from setting higher goals. If you don't stop climbing you will eventually reach the top.. But when doing so find another mountain that is higher, don't stop climbing. I WILL SEE YOU AT THE TOP HAVE A GREAT DAY..

A heavy hitter has to CONSTANTLY throw himself as well as his business at others. He has too try and convince others,that he is the best and will do the best for you and that he has the best products. In order to do that what he says has to be filled with hype, he is always trying to come up with new tactics to convince you that he and what he has is the best it is like a balloon filled with hot air it will eventually pop..it will eventually come down. As soon as people see that what was said wasn't necessarily true they will drop off like dead files, and the heavy hitter is even more frustrated because he has to come with new tatics.. Always having to come up with new things which leads to great frustration..

Are you just sitting where you are at frustrated..
For YOU people that are just sitting where you are and not signing anyone up so frustrated that you can't stand it.. You are being told it is your fault. Just keep spending money on buying leads and advertising eventually you will get it.. Well I'm here to tell you probably won't get it because you probably don't have the personality to be a heavy hitter. They do more then what they are telling you to do, they are preying on people and telling them alot of hype to get them to sign up, if you cant do the same as them in that respect you probably won't have any sign-ups. You just can't do it you know it is wrong. YOU ARE RIGHT IT IS WRONG DON'T DO IT.. YOU CANT HAVE A SOLID BUSINESS BUILT ON THIS PRACTICE..IT WILL EVENTUALLY DIE. ALL THAT WORK FOR NOTHING. TO ONLY START OVER..

You are trying to be a heavy hitter and frustrated..
You are trying to be a heavy hitter, pretending you are something you aren't. You are throwing yourself at people saying you are the best, even though you know you aren't. You are Bragging the product up saying it is the best, even though you don't know a thing about it. You don't even know if any of what you are being told is true you are just following the leader. Keep on in this path and you will become a heavy hitter

If you are Relationship Builder you are out there Building Relationships. You are putting others first. Your true heart is to help others. You learn everything you can about Network Marketing. You actually Find out the truth about what you are teaching others. You don't want to mislead anyone. The truth is more important to you then anything. You want to build your business on the truth and relationships. Nothing solid can be built on hype, but upon relationships you can build a business that is full of integrity and will not end, it will keep growing and growing and there is nothing you can do to stop it..

Personally I have observed all of these people in Network Marketing. I had tried all of the approaches.. Everyone but the relationship builder. It left me frustrated and empty. I have alot of dreams and goals in my life that I want to acomplish. But didn't know how it was going to happen because all of the frustration which I was experiencing. I wanted to quit something so bad that I truly believed in because I didn't see any light at the end of the tunnel.. I didn't want to be a heavy hitter and I could't sit and do nothing and loose more money then I was making. One day my path ran across someone elses that shared with me where the problem lied and that relationship building was the only way to build a business at first I couldn't see it, I thought Ya right!! So I continued on in my ignorance only to become more frustrated. After a little while I thought either I try it building relationships or I quit. YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS THE RIGHT WAY MY EYES HAVE HAVE OPENED UP SO MUCH. I CANT BELIEVE IT!! THANKS TO MY MENTOR..I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT NETWORK MARKETING LIKE NEVER BEFORE.. What do you want. Do you want to continue on in your frustration or try a different way..its up to you. What do you have to loose. What if this is what you have been looking for.. What is network marketing? Network marketing in a nut shell is about building relationships. Let me ask you this question. If you were interested in starting a network marketing business, would you start your business with a person you know or a total stranger. Personally I would start doing business with someone I have come to know and trust. If you cannot network with someone before you join them in a business then it will be equally as hard to network with them while you are in a business with them..If you can network and learn how get along with others it will produce long-lasting relationships and a fruitful business...But your ultimate motive must be in the best interest of others..If you want to succeed.

Many people in this industry are so focused on their company, their comp plan, their product or service THAT THEY FORGET THE HUMAN ELEMENT. PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE AND THEY WANT TO BE TREATED THAT WAY..THEY DON'T WANT TO BE SEEN AS A TARGET TO FILL SOMEONE ELSES POCKET BOOK. You can have the best product or comp plan or whatever, but if noone knows you or trusts you your business will progress very slowly, IF EVEN AT ALL. I only do business with people I know and trust and if you are honest with yourself you probably feel the same way. Take the time to learn about people and what they like or dislike, what their reasoning for wanting to be involved with Network Marketin/MLM is and watch your business take off. But your motive must be honest and sincere and purely from the heart...That takes care of the network part of Network Marketing.

A Big MLM Team Mistake

There isn’t much that can create distrust and destroy focus and momentum faster than criticism.
All of us judge ourselves by our intent (what we’re thinking), and we judge others by their actions (what we can see). We know our own intent was good, no matter how everything turned out. But usually, we’re not so understanding with others.
It’s not unusual that when people get together, they talk about those who are not there. Some of it may be positive. Most of it usually isn’t. And how much of that negative talk gets you or your team closer to their MLM goals?
None, of course.
But it sure can come back to haunt you. People talk. Words you think you said in private create distrust and anger elsewhere. When you criticize someone, they feel attacked … especially since they judge themselves by their intent, and they judge you by your actions. When they feel attacked, they will either pull away from you, or they will counter-attack.
In network marketing, this means the team either breaks up or it devours itself. No dreams being fulfilled there, for sure.
The only sane thing to do is, recognize what can happen, assume that nothing you say will stay private, and do not criticize.
Focus on the positive dream-building. That should keep everybody busy.
